A.No.3788 of 2023 in OP.No.19 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA, J., This application has been filed to amend the petition and affidavit of assets by mentioning the gross value as Rs.26,75,000/-(Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousand only) in the place of Rs.25,50,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only).

2.Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.In view of the clerical error pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner between the affidavit and the petition, I feel this application is allowed and consequential amendment should be carried out in the order.
