(The Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has now been complied with and a copy of the report has also been submitted along with the compliance report, from which it is seen that there exists no encroachment on the land acquired. The copy of the report was also sent to the petitioner. Thus, finding that, pursuant to filing of the report, the compliance of the order has been made.
