ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.01/AC/2017/CC-IV dated 29.05.2017.
On notice, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that two Audio CDs, which is the subject matter of investigation has been sent for forensic examination and due to some technical issues, they are not able to get the report from the expert. But for the forensic report, the investigation is almost completed. Immediately, on receipt of the forensic report, they will file final report.

Recording the same, with a direction, no undue delay should be caused in filing the final report by the investigating officer after receipt of the forensic report. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
