This petition has been filed to bring on record the above respondents 3 to 5 herein as the legal representative of the deceased first respondent namely K.Govindasamy, in the above condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.7808 of in C.M.A.SR.No.3777 of 2023.

2.M/s.C.Bhuvana Sundari, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and submitted that she has no objections in allowing the above application. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
