The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.909 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.909 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, who in turn, closed the same under Section 468 Cr.P.C as time barred.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
