JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Ayyathurai, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.S.Raveendran, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.S.Bazeer Ahamed, learned counsel for the first respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, the main writ petition itself is disposed of and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ appeal.
3. It is submitted that, on 7.7.2023, this Court had passed an order permitting each of the appellants to withdraw Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees One Lakh only). It is stated that the appellants have not withdrawn the amount of Rs.1.00 lakh each as ordered in the order dated 7.7.2023.
4. In view of the above, the order dated 7.7.2023 passed in the writ appeal stands re-called.
5. Since the main writ petition itself is disposed of, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ appeal and, accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.19563 of 2023 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 04.09.2023 Index :
