Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on him in Crl MP No.8360 of 2018 dated 26.6.2018 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st every month at 10.30 am until further orders instead of directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. 1 on 1st every month until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.A.HUSSAINY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8360 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1016 of 2018 on 26.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.8360 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1016 of 2018 on 26.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.8360 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1016 of 2018 on 26.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
