O R D E R

Though the petitioner had sought for a direction to the second respondent to rectify his Telephone Connection for Telephone Number 0422-2666886, he would submit that if the Broad Band connection with some other Telephone Number is given, he would be satisfied.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents, in reply to the submission made by the petitioner submitted that if the petitioner does not insist for the earlier Telephone Number and applies for a fresh Broad Band Connection, the same would be considered based on the feasibility.

3. As a matter of fact, the respondents by letter dated 30.10.2012 addressed to the petitioner had also offered to provide for Broad Band and fix Wireless Phone for a different number.

4. In view of the submissions made by the respective counsels, it would be suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application seeking for Broad Band Connection for his required speed to the respondents and on receipt of such an Application, the respondents will consider the same and grant a Broad Band connection to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
