This Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.2628 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No.III, Salem, dated 06.06.2024.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, she has made made a complaint as against one Tamilarasan before the law enforcing agency, however, they have refused to receive the complaint, thereby the petitioner filed a petition u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in C.M.P.No.2628 of 2024 before the trial court and the same was dismissed by the trial court vide impugned order dated 06.06.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present revision.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, as against the said Tamilarasan, a case in Crime No.235 of 2024 for the alleged offence u/s 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC has been registered.
