This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11331 of 2024 on 15.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
