PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records of the second respondent in connection with order of detention passed in his proceedings RC.No.C2/22/2022, dated 21.06.2024, directing the respondents herein, to produce the detenue Rajkumar @ Manimaran, son of Selvam, aged about 35 years, who is detained under Act 14/82, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the detention order and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
