Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first Respondent to direct the second Respondent to pass an order based on the recommendation of the surveyor dated 18-092020 and in view of the my representation dated 19-10-2020 and to direct the third and fourth Respondent to issue patta to the Petitioner and his mother in view of the Petitioner's application dated 16-08-2019 and Representation dated 19-10-2020. ORDER

The petitioner herein has appealed to the second respondent for making some correction in the Town Survey Register, for which purpose, he made a application on 16.08.2019. Since the said application/representation has not been disposed of, he has moved this Court for a direction to the second respondent RDO.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents and made a statement that the second respondent RDO has already caused an enquiry to be conducted by the fourth respondent, and that the report has also been forwarded to the second respondent RDO. He made a statement that the second respondent RDO will be holding his own enquiries and the same is scheduled to take place on 22.01.2021 at 11.00 a.m.

4.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
