Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner to mutate the patta in the name of the legal heirs of the original pattadar as per the representation dated 05.10.2020.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents and made a statement that an enquiry has been fixed at 11.00 a.m., on 21.01.2021. The learned Special Government Pleader also made a statement that notice to that effect also been served on the petitioner.

3. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. In view of the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further direction is required to be given except that 4th respondent is required to conduct a fair and effective hearing of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2020 through a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.
