This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the order by substituting Section 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C instead of Section 138 of N.I. Act in Crl.O.P.No.7496 of 2024, dated 27.03.2024.

2. However, the Criminal Original Petition itself mentions only Section 138 of N.I and therefore, the order cannot be amended without amendment to the main petition.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
