Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.A5/725/2007 dated 09.07.2007 and quash the same and also direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Noon meal cook in Panchayat Union Middle School at Kattur Village. ORDER

When the matter was called on 28.06.2018 morning there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even at 2:15 p.m there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to post the writ petition today (29.06.2018) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
