Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the court concerned on the firs working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on 21.10.2018 in M.P.No.10503 of 2016 in Cr.O.P.No.8175 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10503 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.8175 of 2016 dated 21.10.2016.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10503 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.8175 of 2016 dated 21.10.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption cases, Kancheepuram, in C.C.No.2 of 2018, on the first working day of August, 2018 and thereafter, on

all hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
