A.Nos.4048, 4049, 4050 of 2021 in C.S.No.11 of 2010 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

The A.No.4048 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 1632 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the suit filed in C.S.No.11 of 2010.

2.The A.No.4049 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd plaintiff in the suit C.S.No.11 of 2010 on the file of this Court.

3.The A.No.4050 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the applicants namely 1.Dr. Kahlid Hussain son of Late Dr.Akthar Hussain and Dr.Zubaida Begum and 2.Dr.Sajjad Hussain son of Late Dr.Akthar Hussain and Dr.Zubaida Begum both are residing at No.55, Triplicane, High Road, Chennai 600 005 as legal heirs of the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs. 4.These applications are allowed.

5.The plaintiff is now required to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
