Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 2428 of 2018 on 31/1/2018 and modified on 6/3/2018 in Crl.M.P.No. 3385 of 2018 by this Honble Court that Petitioners are directed to report before the Respondent Police once in a month ie., first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MANOHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3385 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.2428 of 2018 on 06.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3385 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.2428 of 2018 on 06.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3385 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.2428 of 2018 on 06.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
