This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No. 171 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent seized 21 kgs of Ganja from the accused persons. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also he is having 20 previous cases. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also the petitioner is having 20 previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Further, the Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
