CR.NO.03 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi everyday at 10.30 a.m until the date of committal and thereafter appear before the trial court until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.7454/2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10964/2018 dated 6.6.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court .

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7454 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10964 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi daily at 10.30.a.m., until the date of committal and thereafter, appear before the trial Court until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7454 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10964 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal Court viz., the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi on all

hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing the petition u/s 317 Cr.P.C.
