This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No. 322 of 2021 pending on the file of the II Additional Special court exclusive trial of NDPS cases, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 6622 grams of Nitravit tablets, 1430 Tydol tablets and 2 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and also final report has been filed in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Hence, raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also he is having four previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
