W.P. No.22081 of 2023 W.P. No.22081 of 2023 and W.M.P. No.21474 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE. J., This writ is a sequel to W.P. No.20965 of 2023 and this order must be read with as a sequel to the order passed by this court in W.P. No.20965 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. What this court omitted to do in its earlier order was to direct the third respondent to issue a Residence Certificate to the petitioner even though this court has found every reason for granting it to her. This court expected the third respondent, namely the Tahsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate, Villianur, Puducherry to act fairly and bona fide but that was not to be.

2. This court, therefore, directs the third respondent to issue a Residence Certificate to the petitioner forthwith.
