The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17197 of in Crl.O.P.No.17260 of 2023 by the order dated 30.10.2023 to appear daily before the respondent police once in every week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
