These petitions are filed (i)under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the petition to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant (ii) to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and (iii) to bring the petitioners 7 to 10 on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 7 to 10, in S.A. No.568 of 2020, respectively.

2. The reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions are accepted and there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents. Hence, these petitions are allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.568 of 2020 and list the Second Appeal on 18.08.2025.
