This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.123 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e filing No.LTN20220002050 C2202500626 on 25.08.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi.

3. In view of the above submission, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
