Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the orders dated 20-06-2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 15106 of 2018 releasing the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 222 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15106 of 2018 dated 20.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15106 of 2018 dated 20.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 25/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
