This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner is shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further order by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6245/2025 on 24.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner is shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
