This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce her minor daughter A.S.Nithika Darcy, aged 2 years, D/o.Ajaysharmaraj, before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over to her. 2.

Today, P.Thenarasu (Mobile No.94981 74341), Special SubInspector of Police, Kottur Police Station, Coimbatore District, is present. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's minor daughter Nithika Darcy, aged about 2 years, has been restored to her. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed. (P.N.P., J.) (TKRJ) 15.11.2022 nsd
