This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 495 days in preferring the civil revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order.
