ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 of IPC and Section 5 of the Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 in Cr.No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused collected a sum of Rs.26 Lakhs from 75 depositors under the company name'HGS Dairies and Agro Limited'and cheated them. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner worked as Director in the said company and thereafter resigned the said job and he was also relieved.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is at preliminary stage.

5.Considering the fact that the investigation is at preliminary stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
