2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners ; Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition would reveal that the petitioners have sufficiently explained the delay to the satisfaction of this Court.

4.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 112 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned.
