O R D E R

This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for the sum of Rs.37,79,896.22 within a time fixed by this Court failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully

described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending initiation and disposal of arbitration proceedings between the applicant and respondent and till enforcement of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the Additional District Judge, District Court, Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that award has already passed.

3. In such a view of the matter, instant Application is closed. It is open for the applicant to enforce the award as per law. 9/9/2020 mvs.
