ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281 & 110 of BNS Act in Crime No.286 of 2025, on the file of the Inspector of Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner in a drunken state had driven his two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner and dashed the defacto complainant, due to which the defacto complainant sustained fracture in his legs. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
