ORDER
The petitioner wife has filed this petition seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.181 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the Subordinate Court at Tambaram. 1/4
2.The following are reasons that have been given by her for seeking a transfer:- a)the petitioner is living in Chennai alone and her parents are permanent residents of Singapore. b) I.D.O.P.No.181 of 2023 is now pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, where she has to be present for each hearings and the petitioner finds it difficult to travel to Coimbatore for every hearing and she has to take somebody along with her each time goes for a hearing which is an additional expenditure. If the matter is transferred to Subordinate Court at Tambaram, the respondent need not appear for every hearing as in the case of a Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.
3.Considering the above reasons this Court finds the request for transfer to be justifiable and consequently I.D.O.P No.181 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Court at Coimbatore and trasferred to Subordinate court at Tambaram, Chengalpattu. 4.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is 2/4
allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
