ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420 of IPC and under Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 and Section 21(3) of the Banning of Unregulated Deposits Schemes (BUDS) Act, 2019 against

the petitioner, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this crime number.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
