2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the Bank has already withdrawn the cases in C.C.Nos.45 and 46 of 2005 respectively on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, Vellore District. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect on the petitions.
