CMP Nos.16466, 16471 and 16474 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sathishkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
