Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.18346 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARTHICK, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.S.ASHOK KUMAR, FOR M/S.RUGAN AND ARYA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioners/accused are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C on the same day itself, on condition that they execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties. Thereafter, the petitioners shall give an undertaking that they will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.18346 of 2018 being dismissed.
