CMP.Nos.24355, 24356 & 24357 of 2025 in SA.No.1053 of 2009 DR.R.N.MANJULA, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2575 days and setting aside the abatement and impleading the legal heirs of the first appellant as appellants 4 and 5.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
