the pending appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. A prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Subject to the pendency of the case, the Debts Recovery Tribunal would try to expedite the process of the appeal filed by the appellant.
