Crl.OP.No.19802 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 117(3), 296 and 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and also the petitioner was not harassed by the respondent during the enquiry.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
