Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed there with the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and until further order on the petitioner vide order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14828 of 2018, dated 07.06.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SENTHAMILARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14828 of 2018 on 07.06.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14828 of 2018 on 07.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14828 of 2018 on 07.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
