(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent. The other respondents though had been served, none present before this Court.
4. Though the learned counsel for the first respondent vehemently opposed condonation of delay, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 138 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
