Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and accept the private study S.S.L.C. certificate belong to petitioner on certificate verification by virtue of interview held on 22.8.2012 for the selection of conductor post as eligible.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider him for being selected, as a Conductor, in the respondent-Corporation, during the interview held, on 22.8.2012, by considering his S.S.L.C. Certificate, which had been obtained through a private study.

3. The relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, cannot be granted, at this stage, as the interview for the post of Conductor, had been completed, as early as, on 22.8.2012. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
