ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 380 of IPC in Crime No.56 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had stolen 11 grams of gold belonging to the complainant. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that ten previous cases are pending against the petitioner and vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and since ten previous cases are pending against the petitioner, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
