Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police once in week i.e. on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M until further order imposed on the petitioner Crl.M.P.No.6811 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11131 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHU KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6811 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11131 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6811 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11131 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
