This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14736 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai instead of report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14736 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
