Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners that they should stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. in Crl.O.P.No.16411 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16411 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town police station everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16411 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
