Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and learned counsel for defacto complainant appeared and submitted that mediation failed.

2. The defacto complainant appeared in person and the petitioner appeared through video conference. As on date, he went to abroad. Admittedly, the petitioner is doing Ph.D. and working there. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court in India as and when required and if he failed to appear, the bail granted by this court on 26.07.2024 shall stand cancelled. The defacto complainant is directed to work out her remedy in other courts as per manner known to law. 25-11-2025 RPP To
