This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court dated 15.06.2022, wherein the petitioner/son was directed to pay the arrears to the respondent/father from the date of petition to till date within a period of eight weeks from 15.06.2022.

Now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks extension of time stating that part amount has been paid and the petitioner needs some more time to pay the remaining amount. It is seen that this Court by order dated 15.06.2022 has already showed leniency by reducing the mainternace from Rs.10000/- to Rs.3000/- and directed to pay arrears calculating the modified amount of Rs.3000/-, which is only reasonable and lesser amount, for which also the petitioner/son seeking time.
